The first series of Magic Wands are all crafted of natural cherry wood saplings. This is the story of how the wood was obtained, and how the Wizard became a Wand Maker.
I mentioned to a nearby land-owner one day, that I was looking for a nice piece of wood to make a new wand for myself. The land-owner mentioned a cherry tree on her property that had a large number of "suckers" or up-shoot saplings, which she intended to remove, and said that I was welcome to them.
I went to the tree under the New Moon and placing my hand on her trunk, in the Druidic tradition, I said to the tree, "Noble cherry Tree, my I take one of your children and make them immortal and give them power over every living thing?" To which the tree replied, "Please Wizard, take all that you like, blessed am I." So I chose a strong sapling, drew my short sword and struck it down at the base. From this first sapling I made myself several wands, a magical wooden athane, and a short staff.
The land owner then told me that she would love it if I would take the rest of the saplings out for her, otherwise she would have to hire someone to do it.
I had received several requests for wands, and I would hate to see beautiful wood go to waste, so I took her up on her offer.
I returned to the mother cherry tree on the Full Moon. "Noble Cherry Tree, the rest of your children are going to be cut down because they are draining your strength. May I take them and make them immortal, and give them power over every other thing?" To which the tree replied, "Please Master, take all that you like, even myself, for blessed am I to be of service."
A good amount of cherry wood was obtained from these saplings, and so far, a couple of dozen wands and a few full length staves have been made from them. Crafting Magic Wands is very time and energy consuming, for an already very busy Wizard, and this is the biggest restriction on our inventory. As you can see our supply is very limited, and when they are gone they are gone. No two are alike, or even similar. You will want to get yours before it's gone.
The Crystals affixed to some of the Wands were obtained while visiting a relative's acerage in the midwest, the "heartland", seven years prior. The crystals were gathered by the Wizard under the waxing moon, at the site of an abandoned coal mine on the property.

These are not toys, these are Real Magic Wands made by a True Wizard. Each piece is a unique, one of a kind, piece of folk art destined to greatly increase in value in the coming years, and to provide magic for centuries to come. Supply is very limited and production is subject to end.
Our Magic Wands are designed to be held at its center of balance. A good Wand should have nice balance. When grasped between the forefinger and thumb, at the exact center of balance, as you release your grip the Wand will turn to it's true upright position. When you release your thumb the Wand will level and balance on your finger. It becomes almost weightless and feels fluidic in your hand, as an extension of your own hand.
Each Magic Wand comes with a Certificate of authenticity and description of the Wand, including the origin of the materials used.
